Db Bulgarian Squats
1. Stand upright holding dumbbells two to three feet in front of bench.
2. Position right leg behind on bench, foot facing down. Look straight forward.
3. Keep Torso Straight, inhale bend knees down a few inches above ground.
4. Exhale and raise knee to standing starting position.
5. Complete desired repetitions, change legs, and repeat movement.
Trainer Queue:
This is an advance exercise that requires balance and strength. Note that knee will extend in front of foot in squat position. Make sure to keep back straight and chest out.
