- Use a grip wider than shoulders with Palms facing up and gaze facing forward.
- Exhale and lift weight above head. Keeping elbows locked at the top of movement.
- Inhale and slowly lower weight to starting position, repeat movement.
- Make sure client does not turn head while exercising to avoid straining the neck.
- Dumbbell Shoulder Press, Machine Shoulder Press.
