Incline Bench Press Smith Machine

1. Lie on incline bench with your feet on the ground and your hands equally spaced between bar.
2. Inhale and rotate the Smith Machine Bar and gently while bending elbows.
3. Lower weight down approximately 1/2 an inch above chest.
4. Exhale while lifting weights up to starting position, repeat movement per desired repetitions.
5. Rotate Smith Machine bar and return weight to secure position.
Trainer Queue:
Elbows should not lock but instead be slightly bent. Keep back firmly against inclined bench to avoid injuries. Repeat 10 - 12 times, rest, then continue the exercise sequence as desired while adding weight to increase strength and muscle endurance.
